Justin started this agency after leaving his full time role as Art Director at a $100M Orlando based company. It happened as much as a result of his own entrepreneurial passion as much as people banging on his door for work. He is crazy about his wife and two children, often waking up at 4:30am to work so he can be well into the day before hanging out at breakfast with them. (Read a little more)

She knows not the taste of running late. The person who fears her most may or may not be Justin (for details, see his Organizational trait). Without her, the Lab would be just a creative explosion, followed by smoke and sirens.
When the cameras are rolling on a video project, Ryan is the man at the helm of making it beautiful. His background in working on large scale productions for film, TV and commercials brings great knowledge to J House. He's always up on the latest and greatest camera formats and technologies, as well as digital workflows.
